The General Director of the state-owned corporation Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, in his Twitter account called critics Valentina Tereshkova, who proposed “nullifying” Putin’s presidential terms, scum.
“I could not help but pay attention to the persecution of Valentina Tereshkova organized on the Internet. I think its organizers and performers are scum. If you don’t like her political position, find at least a pinch of self-esteem in order to behave decently towards honored people,” Rogozin wrote.
At the same time, Rogozin did not specify how decent the statement by Tereshkova was that the critics of her amendment “do not love Russia,” and where her self-esteem was when she proposed her amendment. Also, Rogozin, apparently, forgot that Valentina Vladimirovna’s merit was only a flight into space, which, in his opinion, was to give her excellent political literacy and immunity to errors.
Such statements from government officials clearly show their attitude to the people and what kind of behavior officials expect. The only thing that is left for the working people who want to change the situation is to unite and fight for their rights.
